COVID-19 will come and go… but what you do on a daily basis to increase/maintain your health is here to stay!
We have been fortunate to have done some phenomenal trips over the last several years that require fairly strenuous physicality: biking in Vietnam, trekking to the Base Camp of Mt. Everest, hiking/biking/kayaking in Croatia and Montenegro, and countless backpacking trips (the rim-to-rim of the Grand Canyon was epic!). And while we have delayed some of our bigger trips during this crazy time of the coronavirus and closed gyms, we have increased our daily dosage of outside activities: walking/hiking, biking, swimming, and stairs. But more importantly… and what It’s Time Texas supports… is that we continue to maintain a balanced focus on the big four: diet, exercise, reducing stress, and sleep.
